Specjaliści

Jestem absolwentem Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego, którą ukończyłem w 2021 roku, uzyskując tytuł magistra. Od początku mojej kariery zawodowej największą satysfakcję czerpię z pracy z dziećmi – to one inspirują mnie do ciągłego rozwoju i doskonalenia swoich umiejętności.

Nieustannie poszerzam swoją wiedzę w zakresie terapii ruchowej i pracy z tkankami miękkimi. W 2018 roku ukończyłem szkolenie z masażu tkanek głębokich, w 2020 roku zdobyłem certyfikat kursu PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), a w 2023 roku ukończyłem kurs DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization).

W pracy z małymi pacjentami łączę zdobytą wiedzę teoretyczną z praktycznymi umiejętnościami, dbając zarówno o prawidłową aktywność mięśniową, jak i kształtowanie właściwych wzorców ruchowych. Wierzę, że dziecko najlepiej rozwija się poprzez zabawę – dlatego pomiędzy seriami ćwiczeń daję moim podopiecznym przestrzeń na kreatywność i swobodną ekspresję, co wspiera ich naturalny rozwój i motywację do działania.
